So many messages tell us to hold back our tears, yet when we let them flow, especially together with others, a shift can happen that connects us with the love lying underneath them.

This is a zipper song, in which the word love can be replaced by a different word each time the song is sung through: peace, hope. To what else will we be transported when we honor our pain for the world?

This song is good to get a group singing together after doing one of the Honor Our Pain for the World practices from the Work That Reconnects, such as the Truth Mandala.
